Khyber pakhtunkhwa: The unprovoked aggression and attacks by Fitna al-Khwarij on civilian populations continue to unfold in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The group recently executed a quadcopter attack on a cricket ground in the Mamund area of Bajaur, resulting in injuries to three individuals who were promptly transported to a hospital for treatment.
According to Radio Pakistan, a press release from the Deputy Commissioner of Bajaur district highlighted that mortar shells were fired from across the border into various areas of Bajaur, particularly targeting Mamund and Salarzai, during March and April this year. These attacks claimed the lives of nine people, including three women and six children, due to Afghan Taliban's firing on civilian populations in Bajaur.
Fitna al-Khawarij has been using quadcopters against the general public to further their objectives by instilling fear and terror, as evidenced by numerous videos. Experts suggest that the group targets unarmed civilians because they are unable to directly confront the security forces.
The increasing animosity towards Fitna al-Khawarij among the populace is notable, driven by the continuous targeting of urban populations. In response, security forces have been effectively retaliating against attacks from Fitna al-Khawarij and the Afghan Taliban regime. Experts state that Pakistan's security forces focus their efforts on targeting the posts of Khawarij, the Afghan Taliban, and their supporting infrastructure.
