Cold winds bring down mercury in Karachi

Karachi: Cold winds brought down mercury in Karachi on Monday. From Sunday night cold winds started blowing in the city and Monday the weather was partly cloudy and minimum lowest temperature fell to 15 degrees centigrade Citizens started using woollies to face the cool weather.

Meanwhile, the Met Office has forecast fair/partly cloudy weather with cool night in the city on Tuesday with minimum temperature from 15 to 17 degrees centigrade.

Dry weather with cool/clod night is forecast for Mirpurkhas, Hyderabad, Sukkur and Larkana divisions. On Monday the highest maximum temperature of 28 degrees centigrade was recorded at Gawadar and lowest minimum of 1.00 degree centigrade at Kalat.
