Balochistan declares health emergency to prevent spread of Congo virus

Government of Balochistan has declared a health emergency across the province to control possible spread of Congo virus.

This was announced in a meeting chaired by Caretaker Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Ali Mardan Khan Domki in Quetta today.

The meeting decided to impose a ban on private abattoirs in populated areas for two weeks.

The meeting directed officials concerned to take all precautionary measures to overcome Congo virus.
