Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has just concluded a successful visit to Malaysia.
According to Radio Pakistan, Malaysian University awarded him an honorary PhD degree in Leadership and Governance, signifying the appreciation by Malaysians for Pakistan and its people. The relations between Pakistan and Malaysia are historically close, with both nations supporting each other during challenging times.
Prime Minister Shehbaz’s visit is expected to strengthen these ties further. The modern era’s focus on information technology presents an opportunity for Pakistan and Malaysia to enhance bilateral cooperation in this sector, alongside trade, education, defense, and artificial intelligence. Such collaboration is anticipated to benefit both countries economically and socially.
The government of Pakistan is actively working to boost the economy and is seeking to reinforce economic and trade cooperation with friendly nations. The Prime Minister’s visit to Malaysia is seen as a step towards increasing foreign investment and business activities in Pakistan.
