112 cataract surgeries at free eye camp
Ubauro, Sindh: A free medical camp for cataract patients was held here on Sunday which carried out Phaco surgery on 112 patients.
The medical camps was organized jointly at Tehsil Hospital by Health Management Peoples Doctor Forum and Society for Prevention and Cure of Blindness Karachi on the instructions of Sindh Revenue Minister Jam Mehtab Ali Dahar.
An expert at the camp Dr Mumtaz Dahar told media that each surgery cost Rs25000 to Rs50000; however, these expenses were footed from the funds of Tehsil Hospital Ubauro.
