Islamabad:A grand ceremony was held in Islamabad to unveil 'Yadgar-e-Fatah,' a symbol of Pakistan's victory in Marka-e-Haq. The event was organized by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting along with the Capital Development Authority.
According to Radio Pakistan, the ceremony was attended by Federal Secretary of Information and Broadcasting Ashfaq Ahmed Khalil, senior officials, and a large audience from various sectors. High-achieving youth from across the country were special guests, recognized for their excellence in multiple fields.
A key feature of the event was a stunning 3D projection mapping and illumination display on the monument, showcasing Pakistan's victory in Marka-e-Haq. The presentation paid tribute to the contributions of the Pakistan Air Force, Navy, and Armed Forces in national defense.
The program also included musical performances by award-winning singers, who performed national songs and honored the nation's martyrs and Ghazis. Yadgar-e-Fatah, a 220-foot high monument, symbolizes the nation's unity, sacrifice, and the courage of its Armed Forces.
Yadgar-e-Fatah will be open to the public from 500 p.m. to 1000 p.m., Tuesday to Sunday. Entry is free, with tickets available on the official website, yadgarefatah.com.
