Punjab Development Program Introduces Culture of Balanced Development: CM

Islamabad: Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif says Punjab Development Program has introduced a culture of balanced development across the province.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Chief Minister expressed these views while talking to the Members of the Punjab Assembly from Vehari, who met her in Lahore. She highlighted that farmers in South Punjab are benefiting from initiatives such as the Kisan Card, laptops, and merit scholarships.

She also mentioned that the new drainage schemes implemented across the province have significantly improved the situation during the current monsoon season.

The delegation expressed their gratitude to the Chief Minister for the conversion of the long-neglected Vehari-Multan Road into a dual carriageway and for the launch of the electro bus service in the area.
