Islamabad: The Government has launched an Evening Shift for Consular Services at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to facilitate applicants and further improve the delivery of consular services.
According to Radio Pakistan, this initiative was announced by Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar in a post on X today. The new schedule will allow citizens to access Consular Services from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., effectively extending the operational hours to better serve the public.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasizes its dedication to providing efficient, accessible, and citizen-centric consular services through this strategic move. This development aims to accommodate the needs of citizens who may require consular assistance outside of traditional working hours.
