Supreme Court of Pakistan orders arrest of Prime Minister Raja in corruption case
Islamabad: Supreme Court of Pakistan here Tuesday ordered to arrest Prime Minister Raja Pervez Ashraf and 15 other accused in Rental Power case.
A three-member bench of the Supreme Court during hearing of the cases ordered that challan of 16 accused in the case including Raja Pervez Ashraf should be made and they should be arrested. The order further said that if any of the accused managed to leave the country, the chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) would be held responsible.
