Khairpur: Sindh High Court Sukkur bench banned transfers of TMOs and CMOs in Sindh province on Wednesday.
According to detail, a double bench of Sindh High Court Sukkur bench comprising Justice Ahmed Ali M Shaikh and Salahuddin Panhwar heard the petition number 3385/2012 filed by Ghulam Mustafa Mallah of Kotdiji in which he submitted that a huge money is being receiving for transfers of Taluka Municipal Officers TMOs and Chief Municipal Officers CMOs in Sindh province as bribe.
The court issued stay order on transfer of TMOs and CMOs in Sindh province and directed the Sindh government and other respondent to appear before the court on 23122012.
