Asif Hameed scored the lone goal of the match in the 33rd minute for Railways.
Meanwhile, the match between PACA and SSGC ended in a 11 draw at Fame Club Ground in Lahore.
Abdul Hadi scored for PACA while Muhammad Rashid scored for SSGC in the match.
