Karachi: Pakistan Blind Cricket Council PBCC chairman Syed Sultan Shah said that Pakistan blind cricket team has a better track record against England and therefore will have better chances to win when the two sides meet in the semifinal of Blind T20 World Cup today Wednesday in Bangalore, India.
“We have never lost a complete series against England and we have better track record against England,” Sultan, who is also the manager of the team in the ongoing tournament, said.
Sultan said that his team prepared well for the tournament, which now could easily be evaluated by the team’s performance in the tournament.
“Our team has played eight matches and has won all of them. It shows that the team has prepared well for the tournament,” he said.
He added the team’s morale was high after registering consecutive victories and the team was not only looking for the English scalp but also the title of the tournament.
“A place in the summit clash is not the target. The team has come to do its best in the tournament and clinch the title,” he said.
