KARACHI: Six persons were killed including three whose bodies were found stuffed in gunny bags from Garden area of city early Friday morning.
The 50-year Jahanzaib S/o Karim was gunned down by unidentified armed men in Janjal Pura, Gulshan E Maymar area. The body was shifted to Abbassi Shaheed Hospital for autopsy. In another incident 36-year Iqbal S/o Shireen was killed in firing by unidentified armed men in Muzafarabad Colony, Landhi Town in the limits of Quaidabad Police Station. He died on the spot. The body of deceased was moved to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for postmortem.
Separately, three bodies were found in gunny bags near Karachi Zoo, Garden in the jurisdiction of Garden Police Station. One of the deceased was identified as Naeem Baloch resident Nawa Lane, Lyari town while the identity of two others could not ascertain yet. The bodies were dumped in back seat of auto-rickshaw parked near Zoo. Some unidentified person first kidnapped three and killed them. The bodies were shifted to Civil Hospital Karachi for legal formalities and postmortem.
Meanwhile, 25 year Bilal rickshaw driver by profession was killed by unidentified armed person wearing mask on faces in Mianwali Colony, Manghopir area in the limits of Manghopir Police Station. The assailants managed to flee from the scene. The body of deceased was shifted to Abbassi Shaheed Hospital for autopsy.
