Sibi Scouts recover abducted driver
SIBI: Sibi Scouts in a successful action recovered abducted truck driver within one hour. Colonel Yaseen told PPI a truck was going to the interior of the province form Quetta. When it reached Mithri, armed men opened fire on it and abducted its driver Bakhtiar Khan.
He said on information of firing and driver’s abduction Sibi Scouts and Levies force reached the scene and chased abductors. They succeeded to recover the driver but the abductor made good their escape under the cover of dark.
He said fool proof measures have been made for security of passengers and truck drivers along national highway. Sibi Scouts in league with Kachhi and Sibi Levies have also setup posts along national highways so that no criminal succeeds in his nefarious design. He said elimination of abductors and anti state element sis our foremost priority and we would not refrain from any sacrifice for this objective.
