Malaysia willing to invest in cooperative farming in KP
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Pervez Khattak has said that Malaysian government has expressed willingness for investment in cooperative farming in the province.
Talking to newsmen in Peshawar, he said his government is working on a proposal to provide one hundred thousand acres land to Malaysia in Dera Ismail Khan for this purpose.
He said a memorandum of understanding has already been signed with a Malaysian firm for initiating halal food project in Haripur.
To a question, the Chief Minister said amendments will be introduced in the Accountability Bill to make the process more transparent.
