JI condemns Kamran’s murder, demands probe
Lahore: Ameer Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan Syed Munawar Hasan and JI Secretary General Liaquat Baloch have strongly condemned the murder of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) investigation officer Kamran Faisal, and demanded an impartial, transparent enquiry into that.
In a joint statement, they said that Kamran Faisal was investing the Rental Power case and the hidden hand behind his death could not be ruled out.
They said that Kamran Faisal’s death was being painted as suicide, whereas his father said his son was a man of strong nerves.
The JI leaders prayed for the deceased and expressed condolences with the bereaved family.
