SIALKOT: The unprovoked intensified firing of Indian Security Forces on Pakistani bordering villages in Shakargarh Sector along the Sialkot Working Boundary created harassment and panic among the local villagers, here Friday.

According to the senior officials of the Chenab Rangers, the Indian Security Forces started intensified firing on Pakistani bordering villages in Shakargarh Sector very early in Friday morning (at 04:15 a.m.), which remained continued for about 20 minutes.

However, the Chenab Rangers retaliated effectively in a befitting manner, forcing the Indian guns to be silent. The Indian Border Security Forces used heavy and automatic weapons in this firing and shelling on Sialkot border villages, the Chenab Rangers officials added.
