Hakeem and Homeo doctors demand regularization of their services

Peshawar: Homeopathic Doctors and Hakeems serving on adhoc basis at various hospitals on Monday staged a protest demonstration outside Peshawar press club on Monday. They demanded of the government to regularize their service through executive order. President Tib Association Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mohammad Nasir led the demonstration was participated by scores of adhoc lectures and doctors. The demonstrators were holding placards and banners inscribed slogans in favour of their demands.

On this occasion the association president told media that government had regularize the made services of all adhoc employees across the country, but they are yet to be benefited from the decision.

He said from the last two years the adhoc employees have been waiting for regularization. He said only in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa they are not regularized while the service in other three provinces has been regularized.

He lamented the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government had failed to regularize only 1,200 adhoc employees, demanding immediate regularization of their services.

He warned that if the government were failed to accept their demands, they would compel to restart protest campaign in the province.
