ISLAMABAD: A senior official of the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) has decided to leave his charge before expiry of his three year tenure, most obviously, to get another lucrative office, an official of the commission told PPI here Tuesday.
The three year tenure of the senior official has to expire on December 16, however he has decided to leave his office a few days ahead of expiry of his tenure, most probably before December 10, the official confided.
He said if the senior official completes his tenure, the service rules do not allow him to join/hold any other such lucrative public sector office, thus he has decided to quit his office before the expiry of his tenure. He said in such a way, he might get another lucrative office in the public sector.
