Mithi, Sindh: Sindh Taraqqi Pasand Party has announced protest movement in Tharparkar district against the arrest of its workers and implicating them in fake cases.
Movement would start from Monday December 17 with holding demonstrations and observing hunger strikes while complete strike would be observed in entire district on December 30, Central STPP leader Nand Lal Malhi said at a press conference on Sunday.
He told that 42 STPP workers have been nominated in false cases while district president Ghansham Malhi, Mushtaq Qasmani, Kishor and Haresh Malhi are in Mithi jail.
Nand Lal Malhi said police have raided his house and lodged cases against his brothers Roopchand, Om and son Kundan.
