Karachi: The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi announced on Tuesday the result of Higher Secondary School Certificate Part-I Class XI Annual Examinations 2012 of Humanities (Regular), Special Candidates (Regular) Group and Private Group.
According to result notification 55 male candidates were registered in Special Candidates’ regular group of whom 54 appeared and passed the examination. Pass percentage stood 100. In all 39 female candidates registered and 37 appeared in examination of them 34 passed. The pass percentage is 91.89.
The 2 female candidates passed five papers and one passed only four papers.
In Humanities Regular Group, 1173 male and 9269 female candidates were registered of them 1131 male and 9037 female candidates appeared in examination. The 361 male and 3202 female candidates passed six papers, 317 male and 2500 female candidates passed 5 papers, 204 male and 1488 female candidates passed 4 papers, 121 male and 906 female passed 3 papers, 66 male and 589 female passed 2 papers and 44 male and 274 female passed only one paper.
In private group, 3309 male and 5064 female candidates were registered of them 3123 male and 4872 female appeared in examination. The 1353 male and 2082 female candidates passed 6 papers, 890 male and 1301 female candidates passed 5 papers, 424 male and 683 female candidate passed 4 papers, 206 male and 418 female candidates passed 3 papers, 110 male and 223 female candidates passed 2 papers and 94 male and 134 female candidates passed only one paper.
